Our Real Estate Development Division is led by Will Dengler as Chief Development Officer. His expertise encompasses project management, budget oversight, and compliance with all state and federal regulations, making him an invaluable asset to our organization and the communities we serve. Mr. Dengler has designed and ran the entitlement process for not just single family homes but multi-family and commercial development projects for over a decade. including designing/building and flipping properties as an owner, partner and project manager. Additionally, he has been tasked by mayors’ offices specifically with finding the fastest from conception to build affordable housing development models, and proofed legislation for the State on affordable housing projects.
